How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and you may return items for refund or exchange them within 14 days of purchase. Note that exchanges will incur additional shipping charges, and shipping charges on returned items are not refundable. Note that all SALE purchases are final.

When returning goods, please include the invoice/packing slip and any exchange request or other instructions. Carefully re-pack items in the original packaging and shipping carton. Ana Candles does not refund or exchange damaged or used merchandise.

Product Defects and Shipping Errors:

If the product you received is defective, or if we made a mistake fulfilling your order, we will be happy to send you replacement items or fully reimburse you for the total amount of your invoice. In that event, please contact us, and a UPS call tag will be issued for the pickup of returned items. Replacement items will be shipped to you or credit card charges refunded according to your preference.

Please note: Ana Candles does not consider as defective any color inconsistency between the product you see on your computer screen and the items you receive. Color matching inconsistencies are accepted due to differences in computer monitor calibration. appreciates your understanding of the internet's limitations.

Damage in Transit:

If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, a damage claim must be filed with the carrier. When receiving a shipment, always inspect the shipping carton for any sign of damage. If the mishandling of your shipment has damaged your merchandise, notify UPS at the time of delivery and keep all original packaging material for inspection. Notify us so we can assist with any damage claim.
